1962 Falk, Stadelmann and Co changed its name to Falks Ltd. Acquired their American partner's interests in Wandleside Warren Wire Co. Introduced the Newhome Cabaret gas cooker[1]

Supplier to CEGB

1970 Jessel Securities acquired Falks Industries including its subsidiaries Stoves Ltd and Falks Veritas[2] and then sold the Switchgear and Equipment subsidiary to Bowthorpe Holdings[3]

1971 Falks became part of the new company Newhome-Veritas
