Born the son of John William Church, a Shoe Manufacturer.

1911 Boarding at 42 Queens Road, Leicester: Alfred Harry Church (age 28 born Northampton), Engineer.

1914 With the Pedograde Co gained a patent on "Improvements in Apparatus for Measuring Feet, Lasts and the like", and several further patents with or not with the company.

1921 Married at St. Pancras to Winifred Gladys Chambers

1937 Patent with the Hygienic Chimney Cleaners ltd on "Improvements in or relating to chimney sweeping appliances and equipment"

1939 Shoe manufacturer, living Holsworthy, Devon with his son, Vernon William Church[1]

1968 Died in Weston-super-Mare[2]
