1915 Louis Bleriot set up a British subsidiary through the Bleriot Manufacturing Aircraft Co. Advert in The Times [1]

1915 June. Formation of the company [2]

The company's listing was hijacked by a syndicate headed by Harry Lawson, leaving the company unable to meet its obligations, and it was soon wound up.

1916 Winding up order for the company with accusations of dishonesty against Lawson [3] [4]
