Easton and Co
1900 A syndicate under the name of Easton and Co was formed to take over the work and connections of Easton, Anderson and Goolden, Limited.[1]
The syndicate was formed to introduce the Schmidt superheater steam engine.
1900 Had supplied boilers to more than 300 customers by this date.
1902 Licensed the Schmidt system for engines to work with superheated steam to a number of companies whilst retaining the right to supply the superheaters required for each.[2]
1908 Bought by Pulsometer Engineering Co.
