Claim to have originated the Kippered Herring. Branches: Lowestoft, Hull, Scarborough, St. Ives, Peterhead, and Stornoway. Specialities: Kippers, Bloaters, Salted and Fresh Herrings, Mackerel, Red Herrings and Export Cure. Awards: Silver Medals, Norwich Exhibition, 1881, London, 1883, and Edinburgh, 1882.
