1943 Acquired Julia Hanson and Sons ltd of Dudley.
1947 Incorporated as public company
1960 Acquired the Broadway Brewery at Shifnal.
1992 Acquired J. W. Cameron and Co of Camerons Brewery of Hartlepool
1999 Acquired Marston, Thompson and Evershed of Burton on Trent
1999 Acquired Mansfield Brewery Co
2004 Sold Camerons site to Castle Eden Brewery
2005 Acquired Burtonwood plc and Jennings Brothers
2007 Name changed to Marstons plc. Acquired Eldridge Pope and Ringwood Brewery Ltd.
