1848 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Winspear and William Hyde, in the trades or businesses of Civil Engineers, Ship Smiths, and Tank and Boiler Makers, and carried on by us, in Great Howard-street and Beacon-street, in Liverpool in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Winspear, Hyde, and Co., was dissolved, by mutual consent, this day and, by the like consent, all debts due from or to our late concern will be paid and received by the said William Hyde, but the said businesses will in future be carried on, in Great Howard-street and Beacon-street aforesaid, by the said John Winepear...'[1]
