'...the Copartnership between Thomas Winder, John Joseph, and Joseph Bramah, Iron-Founders, carrying on Trade at Narrow-Wall, Lambeth, under the Firm of Winder, Joseph, and Co. was dissolved by mutual Consent; and that the Business has since then, and will in future be carried on by the said Thomas Winder and John Joseph only ...'[1]
