1900 The company was registered on 12 May, under the title of the Wilson Brothers Bobbin Co (1900), to take over and extend the business of the Wilson Brothers Bobbin Co and to acquire the undertaking of Wilson Brothers. 
1903 At an EGM it was agreed that Wilson Brothers Bobbin Company Limited be wound up voluntarily; and that John Greenwood, of Cornholme Mills, Garston, near Liverpool, a director of the Company, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
1905 The name was changed as above.
