1882 The death is announced of Mr. Willoughby, iron founder, Plymouth, father of the late Paymaster Willoughby, who was recently found dead under suspicious circumstances while travelling in the North of France. Mr. Willoughby, senior, went and investigated the circumstances of his son’s death, and returned to England completely broken in spirits. He never recovered the blow...[1]
