1919 The company merged to form Macdonald, Greenlees and Williams (Distillers) Limited. The company went into liquidation in 1926 with the assets being acquired by the Distillers Co.
2021 The Glendullan Distillery still operates, after considerable reconstruction, as part of the portfolio of Scottish distilleries owned by Diageo.
