Phelon (age 32 born Cleckheaton), Mechanic in Iron and Steel; and his sister Alice Phelon (age 29 born Cleckheaton), Housekeeper; and his niece Anne Rayner (age 14 born Cleckheaton), Pupil Teacher.[1]
