'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, William Empson, of Great Grimsby, in the county of Lincoln, Ship and General Smith, and Trusshoop Maker, and Alfred Drewery, of Mangle-street, in the parish of Clee, in the said county, Ship and General Smith and Trusshoop Maker, in the trade or business of Ship and General Smiths and Trusshoop Makers, carried on by us at Great Grimsby aforesaid, under the name, style, or firm of William Empson and Co., was, on the 30th day of June last, dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
