1850 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership subsisting between William Bedington, junr. and Henry Docker, of Birmingham, Railway Lamp Manufacturers, is this day dissolved by mutual consent....'[1]
1862 Died. 'On the 4th Inst. his 90th year. William Bedington, gentleman, of Pershore Road, late the firm Bedington and Tonks, brassfounders, Cheapside, which business he established in 1791.'[2] Probate to his nephew James Bedington, manufacturer.
