1964 Subsidiary of Wickman, presumably from acquisition of Arthur Scrivener

1965 Maker of centreless, surface and duplex grinding machines; in order to cater for extra business moved to larger premises in Witton, Birmingham[1]

1976 Wickman's moved Taylor and Challen's production to concentrate work at the nearby premises of Wickman Scrivener[2]
