1961 Agricultural and industrial machinery manufacturers, producing "Dinkum Digger" excavators, "Whitlock" power shovels and "Dinkum" dumpers. 600 employees.[1]

1971 Whitlock, maker of earth movers, was sold to Powell Duffryn which would integrate it with Hy-Mac[2]
