1926 They acquired British House and Appliance Co and H. Smethurst and Co to form Whites Engineering Co (Pendleton) Ltd.

1930 Whites Engineering Co (Pendleton) Ltd acquired Nunan and Stove Ltd.

1945 Whites Engineering Co (Pendleton) Ltd became Whites-Nunan Ltd.
