1894 (presumably) Cycle Components Manufacturing Co Ltd granted licence for manufacturing the Westwood Rim to the Westwood Manufacturing Co Ltd[2].

1896 Sold to Dunlop Pneumatic Tyre Co the licence for manufacturing the Westwood Rim which had been granted to the Westwood Manufacturing Co Ltd by Cycle Components Manufacturing Co[3].

1896 The firm was amalgamated with the business of Starley Brothers, as Starley Brothers and Westwood Manufacturing Co.[4]
