c.1980 Business established as a management buyout vehicle to acquire 2 companies from the Rockwell Corporation of USA[1]

Formed joint venture with Contromatics, a division of Quamco Inc, called UKAM Fluid Controls

1987 Acquired the shares in UKAM Fluid Controls Ltd that it did not own.

1988 The 2 main subsidiaries were Drumowen (1988) and Truflo in Belgium; subject to take over by Aurora Holdings but this was delayed when the auditors discovered some problems in the accounts.
