1933 Weston Biscuit Company (Edinburgh) Ltd incorporated[1]

1934 Edinburgh factory opened.

1935 Formation of Weston Biscuit Company (Slough) Ltd and Weston Biscuit Company (Belfast) Ltd

1936 Began construction of a factory in Cwmbran.

1937 Formation of Weston Biscuit Company (Wales) Ltd

1938 Became part of Weston Foods

1939 Weston Biscuits began production from their Llantarnam site.

Ten million Weston Biscuits were eaten daily. Weston was the largest Biscuit Maker in the British Empire[2]

1939 Merger of Allied Bakeries and Weston Foods, both subsidiaries of George Weston Holdings[3].

1942 Weston Biscuits had 4 factories at Slough, Edinburgh, Newport and Belfast[4]

1962 The factory at Llantarnam was operated by Weston Biscuits
