Messes Fuller, Horsey, Son and Co., are instructed by the liquidators to sell by auction, at the Works, Martock, Somerset, on Monday, November 8th, 1869, and following days, at 12 o'clock precisely, in lots, the Machinery, Tools and Stock-in-Trade Of the ENGINEERING WORKS and FOUNDRY; one nearly new 14-inch screw cutting gap-bed lathe, four screw cutting lathes, 7 1/2, 8, 10 and 12-inch centres ; one surfacing lathe, 19in. centre, 5ft. face; two self-acting planing machines, one self-acting shaping machine, by Smith, Beacock and one slotting machine, two self-acting drilling machines, one screwing machine, to screw up to 1 1/2 inch; several hand lathes, 6 cwt. steam hammer, by Tannett and Walker, new two years since; one new self-acting boring bar, 12ft. long; set of 4ft. bending rolls, punching press and tools, 10-ton jib foundryn crane, 40 tons boxes, 40 tons hematite and No. 1 pig iron, 180 tons of useful machinery castings, four cupolas, coal mill, three fan blowing machines (two Lloyd's and one Schieles'), nine forges, large assortment of smiths' tools, anvils, vices, benches, steel tools of the usual description, Weston's pulley blocks, Haley's jacks, leather belts, 33 new turned pullies, 15 tons rod, bar and plate iron, brass, copper, lead, new files and steel, and stores of various description; valuable collection wood patterns and drawings, the plant of the gas works, gas holder, retorts, purifier, mains and pipes, turret clock, yard bell and numerous other effects.

Approved bills at three months' date will be taken from purchasers to the amount £50 and upwards.

Messrs Fuller, Horsey, Son and Co. are instructed by the liquidators to sell by auction, at the Parrett Works, Martock, Somerset, on Tuesday, Nov. 9th, at twelve o'clock precisely, in lots.
Ten new Steam Engines and Six Steam Boilers, Including one pair of Colliery winding horizontal steam engines, with 18-inch cylinders, one pair of horizontal steam engines for a rolling mill, 24-inch. cylinders, 3-feet stroke ; one 40-horse power horizontal steam-engine with condenser ; one 15 3/4-inch cylinder table steam-engine, one 8-inch cylinder horizontal steam-engine, one 2 1/2-horse power vertical steam-engine with boiler, one powerful traction engine, one 7-horse power portable steam-engine, one donkey pumping engine, one 8-horse power oscillating cylinder steam-engine, one egg end steam boiler, 5-feet diameter, 36 feet long ; 2 Cornish boilers, 25 feet long, 5 feet diameter; one 10-horse power Cornish boiler, crank shafts, two new condensers, safety valves and numerous parts of engines and gearing in process of manufacture.
