1946 Converted to a Public Limited Company, the firm occupied two adjacent mills on Henley Street, Featherstall Road, Oldham:[1]

  • Mill No. 1 had approximately 5,600 ring spindles and 58,000 mule spindles.
  • Mill No. 2 had approximately 65,000 mule spindles.
