1894 Company founded- Watts, Fincham and Co

1912 Agents for bright drawn steel bars from Halesowen Steel Co (see advert)

1932 Private company formed as Watts Fincham (1932) Ltd.

By 1948 was a subsidiary of International Paint and Compositions Co

1951 Name changed.

1961 Engaged as merchants, handling engineers' supplies and ships' stores. 185 employees.[1]
