1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsiting between the undersigned, William Laxon, John Icely Warman, and George Youett, in the trade or business of Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers, in the city of Coventry, under the style or firm of Warman, Laxon, and Youett, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as far as regards the said William Laxon, as from the 1st day of May instant; and that all debts owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned John Icely Warman and George Youett, by whom the said business will in future be carried on in copartnership with Michael Thompson, under the style of Warman, Laxon, Youett, and Company...'[1]
