1862 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Hutchinson and Henry Hutchinson, carrying on business as Surgical Instrument Makers, Scissor Manufacturers, and Cutlers, at Sheffield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of W. and H. Hutchinson, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to and owing by the said late partnership will be received and paid by the said Henry Hutchinson, by whom the business will in future be carried on, on his own account, under the said style or firm of W. and H.
