of Wednesbury

Iron and brass founders.

1932 The business was registered as Walter P. Edmunds Limited, with capital of £50,000, to carry on the existing business of similar name at King's Hill, Wednesbury.[1]

1960 The company was bought and became part of the Tipper Group of companies. Its plant was moved to other much improved factories in the group and the premises at King's Hill were vacated and sold.[2]
