1967 Obituary [1]

Mr W. E. F. Simpson, BSc (Member), died recently at the age of 57.

Mr Simpson was Divisional Engineer of the Coated Abrasives Division of the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co. His engineering degree was gained at Glasgow University in 1931 after which he served his apprenticeship with G. and J. Weir Ltd.

Many of our older members will be grateful for his work connected with the Benevolent Fund.
