Skelton and Co., engaged mainly in the production of their Handbook No. 16, " Structural Steel," published July, 1915; 1918, joined the Trussed Concrete Steel Co., Ltd., as Designing Engineer; 1916, elected Member of Council of the Concrete Institute.
