1969 Acquired by Tube Investments, as a complementary operation to its other machine tool businesses[1]. Vero Precision Engineering, Vero N. C. Developments and Vero Electronics were not affected by the deal.

1972 Churchill-Vero received support for a project from government programme for the machine tool industry [2]
