1907 The company was registered on January 4th, to amalgamate the London Motor Omnibus Co, the London and District Motor Bus Co, the Motor Bus Co and the London and Provincial Motor Bus and Traction Co. [1]

1908 The London General Omnibus Co bought the Road Car Co, the Vanguard Co[2], and all its other main rivals, thereby gaining an almost total monopoly in London.
