1962 A large factory was opened at Peterlee, replacing the orginal factory in Newcastle[1]

1966 The Tudor Crisp company was a subsidiary of Smith's Potato Crisps, so became part of Smiths Food Group

1967 Test marketed the new Salt'n'Vinegar crisps[2]

1972 A subsidiary of Tom's Foods
