1962 Public company; quoted on Bristol Stock Exchange; had 3 subsidiaries of which Hubert H. P. Trist and Co was the principal one[1].

1967 English Asbestos Co of Brislington was one of the subsidiary companies[2].

1968 Acquired near-neighbour Transport Brakes Ltd[3].

1969 Cape Asbestos Co took over Trist, Draper[4].

1974 Part of Cape Asbestos Co's Automotive and Engineering Products Division[5].

1987 Trist Draper Hydraulics Ltd was incorporated
