1822 Partnership change. '...the partnership lately carried by us, the undersigned, at Bolton, the county Lancaster, iron-founders, engineers, and millwrights, under the firm of Thwaites, Hick, and Rothwells, was this day dissolved mutual consent, far relates the undersigned Thomas Thwaites. All debts due to or owing the said concern will be paid and received by the undersigned. Benjamin Hick, Peter Rothwell, senior, and Peter Rothwell, junior.... the business will in future be carried on under the firm of Rothwell, Hick, and Rothwell'[1]
