App. with Glenfield and Kennedy, Ltd., Kilmarnock; Asst. Engr. and Manager to Chelmsford Corpn. Waterworks, 1907—II; appointed Engr. and Manager, Tonbridge Waterworks Co., 1911; responsible for the construction of new Waterworks and Reservoirs, including large pumping station at New Wharf.
