Thomas Lowrey Stevenson (c1807-1872) of Beardshaw, Stevenson and Co

probably brother of Joseph Stevenson

1851 Living at 32 Hollis Croft, Sheffield: Thomas L. Stevenson (age 43 born Kirkstall), File manufacturer employing 76 men, 12 women and 35 boys. With his wife Hannah Stevenson (age 45 born Sheffield) and their four children; Frederick Stevenson (age 14 born Sheffield); Mary Ann Stevenson (age 11 born Sheffield); Emma Stevenson (age 6 born Sheffield); and Samuel Stevenson (age 4 born Sheffield). One servant.[1]

1863 Married in Sculcoates to Sarah Jessap

1867 Dissolution of the Partnership between Thomas Lowrey Stevenson and William Sorby, trading at the Pond-street Steel Works, in Sheffield, under the firm of Stevenson, Sorby, and Company. The business would be carried on by Thomas Lowrey Stevenson and John Parkinson Mawhood, under the firm of Stevenson, Mawhood, and Company[2]

1872 October 22nd. Died. probate to his widow Sarah.
