1859 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Ibbotson the elder, Thomas Ibbotson the younger, and William Ibbotson, carrying on the business of Edge Tool Manufacturers and General Merchants, at Sheffield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Thomas Ibbotson and Company, was determined and dissolved, by effluxion of time, on the 30th day of June last, and that all debts due to and owing by the said late partnership will be received and paid by the said Thomas Ibbotson the younger, William Ibbotson, and Peter Frith Ibbotson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on, under the Said style or firm of Thomas Ibbotson and Company...'[1]
