1801 'DISSOLUTION of PARTNERSHIP. WHEREAS the Partnership subsisting between Samuel Parr, and Thomas Hughes, both of Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, machine-makers, under rhe firm of Parr and Hughes, was dissolved the 22d day of December last by mutual consent. All debts owing to and by the said concern, will be received and paid by the said Thomas Hughes. As witnessed by our hands this 20th day of November, 1801. 1803. To Cotton Spinners and others. MR. THOMAS HUGHES Smith and Machine Maker, of Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, has just completed a new invented ENGINE, which is worked by Air only, and must consequently cause a considerable saving by doing away the use of Coal. It is the only one ever invented on the same plan. Every information its power, &c, may be had by applying at Hughes’s Machine Shop, top of Angel-street, Manchester.'[2].
