of McKenzie, Clunes and Holland, Vulcan Ironworks, Worcester

c.1817 Born in Aberdeen, son of Alexander Clunas and Frances Shirrefs[1]. His brother James Torrie Clunes (1833-1902) also became an engineer[2] and a railway signals superintendent in the Midlands.

1860 Thomas Clunes, Vulcan Engine Works, Worcester.[3]

1871 Thomas Clunes 53, engineer, lived in Worcester with Elisabeth Clunes 55, Frances Ellen Clunes 22, Thomas Clunes 21, clerk GWR, Alexander S Clunes 19, architect's pupil, Jessie Clunes 17, James Clunes 15, Maria T Clunes 13, Julia S Clunes 9[4]

1879 Died in Fowey[5]
