1881 Living at The Beeches, Hawkhurst, Kent: Theodore F. S. Tinne (age 50 born Aigburth, Liverpool), Retired Engineer - Widower. With his two children; Margaret S. Tinne (age 12 born Auckland, New Zealand) and Philip Tinne (age 10 born Auckland, New Zealand). Four servants.[1]
