1951 Telcon Telecommunications Ltd was formed by Telegraph Construction and Maintenance Co and Mullard Electronic Products as a joint sales venture to promote and coordinate the development, manufacture and sales of Telcon cables and Mullard electronic products associated with land line equipment[1]
