1900 Tangyes Machine Tool Co was reconstructed as Tangye Tool and Electric Co[1] at Oxford Works

1902 First patent was on "Improvements in Electrical Brushes for Dynamo Electrical Machines, Electrical Motors and other Electrical Machines and Apparatus where Brushes for Collecting an Electrical Current are or may be Employed"

by 1903 the company was at Cornwall Works, and 114 New Street, Birmingham[2]

1905 Patent on "Improvements in Lathes for Turning Railway Carriage and other Axles" with Charles Pendlebury was the final patent gained by the company.

1906 Amalgamation of this Company with Tangyes Limited, for which reason this Company was wound up voluntarily. George Tangye was chairman[3]

1908 there was no mention of Tangye (in any form) under "lathe manufacturers" in the index of the 1908 Kelly's directory for Birmingham[4] although Tangyes continued to make lathes and other machine tools.
