Loudspeaker manufacturers

1986 Tannoy and Goodmans were merged to form TGI[1]

At some point Mordaunt-Short was also brought into the group

1988 Public offer of shares

1989 Acquired Tannoy Audix, public address system maker[2]

2001 TGI was acquired by TC group of Denmark[3]
