1901 Living at 7 Derby Road, Southport: Arnold Kinnings (age 19 born Leeds), Mechanical Engineer and Cycle Maker - Iron, Steel and brass. Also Sydney Park Jackson (age 25 born Doncaster), Cycle Maker - Worker in iron and Steel.[1]

1911 A boarder at 7 Derby Road, Southport: Arnold Kinnings (age 29 born Leeds), Motor Engineer and Body Builder. Also Sydney Park Jackson (age 35 born Thorne, Doncaster), Motor Engineer and Body Builder.[2]

1920 Married at Scarborough to Annie Eliza Green

1951 January 7th. Died at Ryedale.
