With his wife Florence Louisa Stiff (age 42 born Stockwell) and their three children; Florence Annie Stiff (age 13 born Clapham); Mary Julia Stiff (age 12 born Clapham); and William James Stiff (age 10 born Clapham). Also his sister Hilda Sarah Stiff (age 37 born Kennington). Two servants.[1]
