1920 Company incorporated[1]

By 1928 Falk, Stadelmann and Co had a controlling interest[2]

1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. "Bakerloo", "Hewhome", "Reliable", "Kitchenette", "Household" Gas Cookers. "Matchless", "Silo-Matchless", "Silo", "Rayflex", "Convex", "Simplon", "Portal", "Ravec", "Supervector" Gas Fires and Heaters. "Argyll" Hotplates. Glide Gas Iron. "P.C." , "Popular", "High-Efficiency" Gas Rings. (Stand No. Ca.707).[3]

1971 The company's main product was the Newhome gas cooker, which had about 15% of the UK market. Had introduced the first self-cleaning oven lining. Also made the Clipper gas fire. Became part of the new company Newhome-Veritas Ltd[4]

c1970s Works Manager : Terry Ennis. A large manufacturing site making gas cookers and gas fires, sold almost exclusively through the regional gas boards. Production facility included semi-automatic foundry, machine shop, stove enamelling, assembly lines, warehouse and despatch, product development. The factory is still there trading as Glen Dimplex Home Appliances.[5]
