Owner: Mr. H. Andrews, of Newcastle-on-Tyne

Member of the Royal Thames Yacht Club.

The engines and boiler were built by Messrs. Douglas and Grant of Kirkcaldy, to the specification of Mr. Alex. Taylor, Newcastle. The engines were three-cylinder compound, the cylinders being 10 in., 15 in. and 28 in. diameter respectively, all of 2 ft. strok e.

Propulsion: twin-screws.

Rigged as a two-masted yacht, of 248 tons.

Clipper bow and elliptic stern, 11 ft. 8 in. length of keel, 18 ft. 9 in. extreme breadth.
