1896 The Stamped Steel Vehicle Wheel Co of Chicago, Illinois, with their office at 50, Euclid Avenue, Cleveland Ohio.

They undertook the manufacture of a new wheel suitable for nearly all kinds of vehicles. (See illustrated). This wheel was the invention of Mr James White a mechanical engineer of Cleveland, Ohio. whic had had many years of practical experience in various kinds of steel construction.
