1889 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Samuel Snell and John Smith Brown, trading as Snell and Brown, at 50 and 60, Skinner-lane, Birmingham, and 11 and 19, Great Eastern-street, London, as Lamp Makers and Hardware Merchants, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and from the late firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Samuel Snell, who will continue to trade at the several above-mentioned addresses...'[1]
