c.1970 moved to Bridgend

1974 Won Queen's Award for Industry[1]

By 1982 was partly owned by Beatrice Foods when it acquired Callard and Bowser, Nuttall[2] with which it was combined.

1988 Acquired by United Biscuits when it bought Beatrice's confectionery businesses.[3]

1993 United Biscuits sold its confectionery group to Kraft General Foods; this included Terry's, Callard and Bowser, Nuttalls, Smith Kendon, Chocometz, Aura[4]
