1885 Dissolution of the Partnership between Michael Holroyd Smith and Charles Laurence Baker, under the style of Smith, Baker, and Co.,at Cornbrook, Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, in the trade or business of Electrical, Telegraph, and Mechanical Engineers, and Philosophical Instrument Makers, by mutual consent, as from the 19th day of October, 1885; the business would be carried on by Charles Laurence Baker alone under the same style.[1]
